Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Your existing line stays yours; calls forward to Otone when you can't pick up — or whenever you choose. We can also assign you a separate number.
Are calls recorded? What about privacy?
Every call opens with a clear notice that the caller is speaking to an AI assistant. Voice recordings are off by default; only the details needed for the booking are kept as text. Details on the Privacy page.
